Justin Fierz

Founding Principal

Justin Fierz is a Founding Principal overseeing all aspects of the company’s activities. He has been involved in industrial real estate acquisitions, financing, development, asset management, brokerage and consulting since 1996, and has successfully negotiated more than a billion dollars of transactions in 22 states as both a principal and a broker/advisor.

Justin was a former Principal with Lee & Associates, which was the largest agent-owned commercial real estate services firm in the nation.

He has completed complex transactions at MWI with companies such as Boeing, Rana Foods, RIM Logistics, DHL Supply Chain, S&C Electric, Axium Packaging, Pure’s Foods, Taylor Farms, Nestle Waters, Skyjack and Faber-Castell.

Justin is a graduate of the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, where he majored in economics with supporting coursework in real estate finance.

Michael Androwich

Founding Principal

Michael Androwich is a Founding Principal overseeing all aspects of the company’s activities. He has been involved in industrial real estate acquisitions, development, asset management, brokerage and consulting since 1995, and has successfully negotiated more than a billion dollars of transactions, both as a principal and a broker/advisor.

Michael was a former Principal with Lee & Associates, which was the largest agent-owned commercial real estate services firm in the nation. He has completed transactions with companies such as UPS, Factory Motor Parts, DS Container, Freudenberg Group, PPG, BNSF, Vulcan, BP Amoco, Marmon Group, Fiatallis and Suncast. Michael is a graduate of Fenwick High School in Oak Park, Illinois, and Loyola University Chicago.

Jack Horrigan

Chief Financial Officer

As CFO, Jack Horrigan is primarily responsible for debt and equity financing, investor relations and dispositions as well as overseeing operations, insurance, accounting and financial reporting functions. Before joining MWI Property Group, he spent his career in corporate finance at GE Healthcare with experience in merger and acquisition financing and integration, financial planning, accounting, consulting and manufacturing finance for the medical imaging, software and biosciences business.

Jack earned an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a bachelor’s degree from Boston College after attending Fenwick High School in Oak Park, Illinois.

Michael Weber

Vice President of Development

Michael Weber leads MWI Property Group’s development execution activities. He is responsible for managing due diligence, entitlement, zoning, design, preconstruction, and permitting processes for new speculative and build-to-suit opportunities in the company’s target markets.

Before joining MWI, Michael was Senior Director of Industrial Development at InSite Real Estate in Chicago where he managed the industrial development of new speculative and build-to-suit projects across the Midwest and Southeast U.S. He also spent several years in Los Angeles at Logistics Property Company and Duke Realty in a similar role focused on their respective west coast industrial development pipelines across more than 4 million square feet and has worked with tenants such as Home Depot, Amazon, Skechers, Kimberly Clark, Tesla, Tire Rack, and various 3PL’s.

Michael earned his master’s degree in Urban Planning & Real Estate Development from the School of Architecture & Urban Planning at the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee and a bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Virginia Commonwealth University.

Mary Meagher

Senior Vice President of Portfolio Management

Mary Meagher leads tenant relations and property management functions for MWI Property Group. She has more than 25 years of experience in property management, accounting, lease negotiation, portfolio management, due diligence and construction and project management. Over her career, Mary has managed more than 150 different properties with 400+ tenants in her career. 

Mary’s background in real estate includes previous employment at Entre Commercial Realty, Investor’s Equities/Winston Management, LaSalle Partners and Chicago Dock and Canal Trust Company. Mary is a graduate of Northwestern University in Evanston, Illinois, where she earned a BA and minored in business with a concentration of study in real estate.
