MWI Property Group Secures Fortune 100 Aerospace Lead Tenant at Libertyville, IL Development

Oak Brook, IL – April 2025 – Cushman & Wakefield announced today that the firm represented Oak Brook, Illinois-based MWI Property Group in leasing 36,149 square feet to a Fortune 100 aerospace company at Libertyville 45 Corporate Center development located within the Lake County Submarket in Libertyville, Illinois.

Cushman & Wakefield’s Keith Puritz, Marc Samuels, Brett Kroner and Eric Fischer were the sole brokers in the transaction. This is the first tenant at the new speculative development which delivered in 2025.
