MWI Property Group Expands into Savannah, GA with Acquisition of 31 Acres

OAK BROOK, IL – December 2024 – MWI Property Group is excited to announce its recent acquisition of 31 acres of prime industrial-zoned land near McCall Road in Effingham County, Georgia, for speculative industrial development. This expansion represents a strategic move to grow MWI’s footprint in the Southeast and capitalize on the region’s robust industrial market demand.

The project will be comprised of two Class A industrial buildings totaling 241,000 SF and will cater to the increasing needs of logistics, manufacturing, and distribution companies seeking high-quality, strategically located facilities.

Effingham County, located just outside Savannah, offers proximity to the Port of Savannah, one of the fastest growing and busiest ports in the U.S., as well as excellent access to major highways and rail infrastructure.
